Last night Chris and I were without our boy. I went to Yoga with Lo and Chris joined us at the gym. I was so glad he went and worked out last night. Not only is it good for him physically, it also helps relieve stress. He even seemed open to the idea of joining us for a yoga class if Lo's husband would do it too. I think Chris would be surprised that Yoga is an actual workout. I was so sore last night! When we got home we had the best meal and then I retreated to the bed for a little reading. I slept so well last night. My cat, Charlie snuggled in the bed with me all night. He loves the cooler weather and so do I. Feeling good today, very hungry. Getting ready to have a little oatmeal and start my day.
