16 months old...

Lillie got to see her Uncle Aaron this month!

Crazy about books and the book store.

First bike ride.

More reading! She even likes when daddy reads her poetry.

Now that Lillie is walking she is doing and saying new things all the time. I can't keep up with it all. I figured I would update my blog with the things I can remember. If I think of more I will update later.

Here are a few new words. This is on top of all the other words she knows.
Yes, finally... She says Momma and Mom!

Kitty (and tilts her head and makes a meow noise)

Woof Woof (when she sees a dog)
Book (sounds like "bock")
Bath (might of put that on a previous post)

Hi Dada (0r Bubba, but not Hi Momma)
Baby

Mine (and knows what it means)

Papa (she has been saying this for a long time, but now she says it when we pull up to his house)

*No (started saying this yesterday. She got in trouble for saying "Mine." I told her to share, she said "NO!"

Now that Chris and I go to the gym regularly, Lillie has become very fond of the child watch. We call it "town." She loves going to town. She gets an hour of social play every day they are open. Fridays they are closed in the evening so she spends an hour with Nanny.

We have added to Lillie's nightly routine. We still do bath, but now we follow it up with Nekkie Baby time. Her doctor recommended she gets bare butt time (Nekkie Baby) every night. We let her run around her room and play. She rocks her baby and feds her. She is a great mommy. Then she gets out her books. She has always loved books but now she is obsessed. She has us read to her at least 10 times a day. Sometimes much more. Her favorite books are Go Dog Go and Pat the Bunny. She has her box of board books that she looks at all day long. She sits in her rocker and "reads."

Lillie went on her first bike ride this month. Chris and I got a bike seat for the back of his bike. She loved it. Her helmet didn't fit very well. We have a new one to try for next time.

Her eating habits are getting BAD! She used to eat anything we put in front of her. Now she won't eat any fruits or vegetables. She only wants her carbs and meat.

She was sleeping through the night but now wakes up all the time again.

She has to bottom molars (might have something to do with not sleeping.)

I could go on and on, but I need to play with my baby, not just write about her. I will update if I think of other things later.
