Tonight was the last cotillion event for the season. All of the kids had to get dressed up and go to dinner at a private club. After dinner they show off the dances they learned. Should be lots of fun. Draven was a nervous wreck. He said he didn't feel like he had butterflies in his stomach, they were more like snakes. He is such a shy kids, but he humors his parents well. This is a great way to learn basic social skills. I wish I had a class like that when I was his age. I was so painfully shy. I think that is why I started to "party" in high school. It was the only thing that gave me "courage" to come out of my shell. I hope that doesn't happen to Draven.
All of the kids looked wonderful. The boys all had to wear the same tux, but the girls got to pick out a pretty formal. Chris gave Draven a few special touches for the special night. He gave Draven his cuff links from his tuxedo for our wedding. He also gave Draven his Tiffany's money clip filled with cash. He said a man always needs to have cash in his pocket. I think that made Draven feel special. I don't leave to pick him up for another hour. I am so anxious to see how it went. I will get a full update from Drave and pass it on.

oh my goodness - those pics brought tears to my eyes. I can't believe how much he has grown up. You and Chris have done a wonderful job and should be very very proud!
