We went to the St. Patrick's party on Friday. I planned on taking lots of pictures, but didn't. Only took one. Spent most of the evening talking about Lillie and baby stuff. We have 2 woment pregnant, 3 that just gave birth, and one adopting. We will have 6 babies in our neighborhood by the end of the year. I want to come up with some kind of babysitting swap. Not sure how it will work, but sounds like a great plan.
The party was lots of fun. Draven brought Isiah and they played with Pops (the things you toss on the ground an they make a loud noise.) The neighbor that was hosting the party got them for the kids. Draven is usually the only kid from the neighborhood that shows up at these events. Chris and I sat out on the porch and watched the rain and lightening. We stayed for a few hours and headed home.
Yesterday we went to visit a few friends and show off the baby. Wish I had my camera, but left it at the neighbor's house. Maybe next time. We also went and did a little shopping at a new antique store/art gallery. Many great deals! I got a few birthday ideas for Chris. We need to figure out what we are doing for his birthday. Maybe a trip to Dallas? Maybe just stay home.
Draven spent the night at a friend's house last night and tonight his friend is staying with us. We are going to look for some books for Lillie and then cooking out tonight. Nothing too exciting. It is the beginning of spring break. More fun to come...
